1. Acceptance

By accessing the websites of Altamont Advisory and Altamont Group (the "Sites"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

2. Who we are

Altamont Advisory is the institutional consulting practice of Altamont Group. The Sites provide information about our advisory, education systems, and digital capabilities, and allow professional users to request materials or begin a conversation. Contact: info@altamontgroup.ca.

3. Informational purpose

Content on the Sites is for general professional information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, procurement, or other regulated advice, and does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding, capability statements, and materials on the Sites are owned by or licensed to Altamont Group or Altamont Advisory. You may download materials made available for that purpose (e.g. capability statements) for internal evaluation in connection with a potential engagement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written consent, except for fair dealing / fair use as permitted by law.

5. User submissions

If you submit an enquiry, RFP brief, diagnostic sample, or other material, you confirm you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You grant us permission to use the submission solely to respond and to assess a potential engagement. Diagnostic samples are treated as confidential and are not a free pilot or licence.

6. No warranties

The Sites and materials are provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or that the Sites will meet every requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altamont Group and Altamont Advisory are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Sites or reliance on Site content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Third-party links

The Sites may link to third-party sites (including careers boards or partner pages). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Sites, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use the Sites in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise for users in a particular jurisdiction. Courts of British Columbia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or local protections.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect revisions.
